The 2021 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru comes from the Vaucoupin lieu-dit. It has a pretty nose with orchard fruit and light chamomile aromas that unfold in the glass. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, quite fresh with good weight and a subtle, slightly ripe and peachy finish. It has an easygoing allure.
