Our Shipping & Delivery Policy
Please note our local delivery minimum is now $75, with $10 delivery fee for all orders under $400. Over $400, delivery is free (within 10 miles from the store).
For orders shipping via FedEx within NJ we offer a flat $18 shipping fee for 1-12 bottles. Transit is 1-2 days, adult signature is required upon delivery. Please understand we have no control regarding FedEx deliveries, we can only mitigate lost/damaged package disputes. They are no longer offering any refunds for Ground shipments delays. Currently we only use FedEx as our carrier for all orders shipping out of State or within NJ. Default method is regular Ground, which takes 1-5 days depending on your location. If you are interested in expedited delivery with FedEx Air, please call/email us for rates.
Due to recent wine laws and regulations, we can only ship to a few States within US. For additional information please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not ship internationally.
Our regular shipping days are Mon-Thurs. FedEx will deliver to residential locations on Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday.
If you reside or are shipping within NJ, we provide local deliveries for up to 20 miles from our store (fees may apply). For all other NJ orders, we offer a flat $18 fee (up to 12 bottles) for regular FedEx Ground transit.
In order to prevent damage, we prefer not to ship wine if temperatures are below 40 or above 90 degrees on average. Your order will be processed (card billed) and placed under "pending weather" until our carrier can provide safe transit.
Most orders placed before 1pm will ship the same day (except busy Holiday times). If there are any issues with the order, you will be contacted via email or phone as soon as possible, in order to minimize the delay.
The purchaser of any alcoholic beverages from this site is representing that he or she is acting in compliance with his or her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of alcoholic beverages. The purchaser represents that he or she is 21 years old or older and has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of alcoholic beverages and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered. Title for any product sold on this site passes to buyer upon our delivery to FedEx or other common carrier.
Please make sure an adult over 21 years of age is available to sign for delivery. If there is no one home to accept the package, please contact FedEx (1-800-GO-FEDEX) immediately to make alternate arrangements. A good option is to re-direct the package to a local FedEx Print & Ship Office. Once shipped, we are not able to change the address of destintation. Try as much as possible to avoid a return, as additional fees will apply to re-ship. Please note: in case of delivery failure, followed by return of order, shipping charges are not refundable.
After receiving your order, for best taste please allow the wine to rest and gradually adjust to room/cellar temperature. If you notice any faults, please do not discard the bottles. We may have to return your order for an exchange/refund, depending on individual case. Do call or email our shipping department as soon as possible.
Please note Wineworks does not ship wine in original wood/box unless we receive a special request. Additional shipping fee may apply in such case.
If you simply do not enjoy the wine, you can return it. However a 5% restocking fee will apply and delivery charges will not be refunded. For any further inquiries please email or call our store for assistance. Thank you.
