Shipping Guidelines
Currently we can not ship to the following states - Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah & Virginia.
Customers from these states are free to browse the site, order products and have them shipped to relatives or friends in states that we are allowed to ship to, but are unable to have alcoholic beverages shipped directly to them. We do, also offer an in-store pickup option.
We have a few shipping options for our customers, including in area home delivery, UPS ground shipping, UPS 2nd day air and UPS overnight. Due to the constantly changing shipping rates of 2nd day air and overnight we reserve the right to cancel deliveries due to software errors. In the event of a software error, we will contact you regarding the situation and work with you to provide you with the best shipping options to insure that you receive your products safely and on time. All packages must be signed for and the person signing must present a valid ID proving they are over 21 years old. If there is no one home during the day to sign for the package, we highly suggest getting your shipments sent to your work.
Your shipping costs are based on the state the delivery is going to and the quantity that is ordered.

When orders total a bottle count higher than 12 (more than one case) the ground shipping rate is calculated by adding the cost for 12 bottles plus the cost for X bottles.
Examples
12 bottles to NJ will cost $28.
13 bottles to NJ will cost $40 ($28 + $14).
25 bottles to NJ will cost $67 ($28 + $28 + $14). |

| Case Price Discounts |
| WineWorks now offers a 10% case price discount on non sale items. The case prices are given in increments of 12. If you order an amount of wine greater than 12 but less than a multiple of 12, such as 20, you will be given a 10% discount on the lowest priced non sale items in your shopping cart in multiples of 12. The discount is automatic and will be reflected during the checkout process. |

| Price quotes for these options are available during check out only. Once again we reserve the right to refuse shipping based on software error. In the event of software error you will be contacted and we will work with you so that you receive your wine on time. |
| Delivery |
| WineWorks offers a delivery service to any customer who is within a ten mile distance of the store. Only choose this option if you are within ten miles of the store. If you choose this option and are located farther away than ten miles, we will contact you to try and arrange proper shipping. This service costs a flat rate of $10. |
| In-store Pickup |
| You can place an order for any item on our site and pick it up in our store. To do so, please enter your delivery address as ours,319 Route 70,
West Marlton, NJ
08053 , and choose the option to pick it up in the store. We will store the wine for you and you can pick it up on your own time. If an item is not picked up within a week, we will contact you and set up a timetable to make sure you receive your wine when you arrive. |
